The History of Dosa
The birth place of Dosa is in the Udupi town of present day Karnataka. Dosa is a staple food which is usually softer and thicker, but the thinner and crisper version is loved by everyone all over India. This food is quite popular all over India, although it’s a south Indian food it is loved by North Indians as well. Dosa is being pronounced in several ways the most common usages are dosai, dosey, those, thosai etc.
